Non-Food Vendor Booth (10x10)
Perfect for artisans, makers, boutiques, crafters, home décor, handmade goods, retail products, wellness brands, and other product-based businesses. Each vendor space includes one 10' x 10' outdoor booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, chairs, lighting, and any additional display equipment needed for their setup.

Food Vendor Booth (10x10)
Perfect for food vendors operating from a traditional booth, including baked goods, drinks, snacks, desserts, and freshly prepared food. Each vendor space includes one 10' x 10' outdoor booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, chairs, lighting, and any equipment required for food preparation and service. All vendors must obtain any required permits, licenses, and health department approvals before the event.

Food Truck (Standard Space)
Reserved for food trucks, food trailers, and mobile food vendors. Each vendor space includes one designated food truck location. Vendors must provide all required permits, licenses, insurance, and health department approvals. Space assignments are determined by the Buckeye Night Market team.

Premium Food Truck (Main Entrance)
Our most sought-after food truck location, positioned near the main entrance for maximum visibility and foot traffic. Each vendor space includes one premium designated food truck location. Vendors must provide all required permits, licenses, insurance, and health department approvals. Premium locations are limited and available on a first-approved basis.

Information Booth (10x10)
Designed for nonprofits, community organizations, schools, government agencies, and service-based businesses looking to engage with attendees, share resources, and promote programs or services. Each vendor space includes one 10' x 10' outdoor booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, chairs, lighting, and display materials.

To create a strong shopping experience for our guests and meaningful opportunities for our vendors, we intentionally limit certain categories. Because of this, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and acceptance for one market does not guarantee availability for future dates.

We look for vendors who come prepared, create an inviting booth, engage with attendees, communicate professionally, follow market policies, and help promote their participation.
Vendors who consistently contribute to the experience through professionalism, booth presentation, promotion, customer engagement, and cooperation with the market team may receive priority consideration for future dates.

Come Ready to Operate
Vendors must ensure their business is properly licensed, permitted, insured, and compliant with all applicable State of Arizona, Maricopa County, City of Buckeye, and other regulatory requirements for their specific business or product type.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits and licenses required to operate. Participation in Buckeye Night Market does not replace or cover individual vendor licensing or permitting requirements.
What You’ll Need on Market Day
Vendors should come prepared to operate independently and provide everything required for their booth, including their own tent, tables, displays, lighting/power when needed, and required tent weights.
